Relationship Counselling

Our relationships are an essential part of our lives, and they deserve the care and attention they need to thrive. That's why I offer safe and judgment free relationship counselling that utilizes a range of evidence-based therapies, including Gottman (level 2) Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples, and relational therapy. I work with clients of different backgrounds, including those seeking counselling for polyamorous and LGBTQIA2S+ relationships. When you choose me as your therapist, I support both you and your partner, managing alliances to ensure the best possible outcome.

Trauma Resolve

As a therapist that deeply understands trauma, (both big event and ongoing exposure trauma), I help my clients find their way through the struggles and challenges that come with/ from trauma. Utilizing various techniques such as A.R.T., Hakomi, Somatic Exploration and I.F.S, I will work hand in hand with you, to achieve a level of inner peace. I understand and empathize with the overwhelming emotions attached with processing and trauma resolution, and I am here to support you until you attain a light at the end of the tunnel.

Psychedelic Assisted Therapy

As a past practitioner of psychedelic-assisted therapy, I have undergone over 350 hours of training, equipping me with the necessary tools to help you through your journey. With my experience in setting up a ketamine clinic, I offer a unique perspective in preparation and integration services that helps you make sense of your psychedelic experience and integrate it in your daily life. My goal is to provide you with the support and guidance you need to explore the deeper aspects of yourself, and help you achieve inner peace and personal growth.

You've taken the initial steps already by searching different therapists. The vast majority of my clientele come from word of mouth and professional referrals. Which can aid in potential clients feeling ready to dive in as they have either seen the growth from their friends/ family, or their trust their practitioner referring. Even still, it's important to have a sense of my personality and how I work, and for me to get a sense of what you are facing and wanting support with, so I can determine if I feel I can meet your needs. With that I ask that all new to me clients book a free 20 minute meet and greet phone call.

Relationship Counselling:

Book "Meet and Greet" call (all parties attend) If agreeable move on to next step.
Book "Couple Session" either online or in person. (Each session is 90 minutes in length)

Trauma Resolve: (A.R.T.)

Book "Meet and Greet" call, if agreeable move on to next step.
Book "Individual Session" either in person or online (sometimes 2 are required)
Book "A.R.T. Session" (90 min) **please book 2 A.R.T. sessions two days in a row** (I find that taking time in the somatic processing gives my clients the insight and time to resolve any stragglers from other events. If we don't need the second session we will cancel at no charge).

My rate: $175/ hr + GST

Registered with Alberta Blue Cross, Greenshield and in process with Veteran's Affairs.

All other extended health plans please ensure my services are covered.
